Job Types: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced CNA/HHA that will fulfill this great opportunity as this case guarantees 84 hours per week. Our client lives in Winter Springs, FL and will need assistance from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday. This client is non-verbal with good communication skills, incontinent & wears adult diapers, can feed himself, walks with assistance, and enjoys happy hour at home. He needs a worker that is compassionate and respectful. 

Salary: Up to $14.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)

• Assist in patient's activities of daily living
• Monitor patient and report on their well-being
• Bathe and dress patients
• Serve meals and help patients eat
• Take vital signs
• Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors
• Provide and empty bedpans
• Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc.
• Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds
• Clean and sanitize patient areas
• Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Spanish
• Haitian Creole 

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Home Health Aide Certification 
• Certified Nursing Assistant License 

Shift availability:

• Day/Night Shift

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
